CORONA “CELEBRATE SUMMER’S BEST” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Void in California and where prohibited.

1. Eligibility: The Corona “Celebrate Summer’s Best” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (except California) who are 21 years of age or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Crown Imports LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, sales representatives, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step” of each) and those living in their same households (whether related or not) are ineligible. Employees of any alcohol beverage distributor, wholesaler, or retailer are also not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 17, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter: To enter online, visit www.summerofgrilling.com (“Web site”), during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete an official online entry form. To enter by mail, hand print your name, address, date of birth and daytime telephone number on a card approximately 3 1/2” x 5” and mail to: Corona “Celebrate Summer’s Best” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1481, Young America, MN 55594-1481. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2009 and received no later than September 22, 2009. All other forms of entry are void. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of entry method.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 1, 2009 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per household.

5. Prize Details: Grand Prize (1): A Weber® Summit® S-650™ gas grill and grill accessories. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,700.00. First Prize (1): A Weber® Performer® charcoal grill and grill accessories. ARV: $510.00. Total ARV of all prizes is $3,210.00.

6. Liability Limitations: No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, unintelligible, returned, undelivered entries or email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Web site, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Web site’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Web site access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, www.corona.com/subpages/Privacy/privacy_english.html. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

7. Conditions of Participation: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release Sponsor and Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, (a) recipient agrees that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize and (b) recipient grants (and agrees to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AS APPLICABLE, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements or representations contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control.

8. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or email. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner cannot be verified, if any mail is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. All taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of each winner.

9. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants agree to that any disputes shall be resolved solely by the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
